As a mother of two, I know how important sleep is for the whole family. Not only does sleep impact your baby’s development and growth, but the entire family’s well-being is affected.
I believe that each child is unique and has their own sleep needs and temperament, and each family has their own circumstances and goals they want to achieve. Hence at Sleep and Grow we do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and will personalise a sleep plan to suit you and your baby’s needs.
The sleep techniques I recommend will also be based on what suits both the baby and parents best, and this includes gentle but effective approaches. We do not practice “cry it out” here at Sleep & Grow. Our ultimate goal is to help you and your child to get the sleep you deserve and break through the cycles of sleep deprivation that is impacting the entire family’s life.
